This A6 card shows a parent eagle trying to encourage the chick to leave the nest. I took the inspiration from a verse in the bible, Deuteronomy 32 :11

"Like an eagle that stirs up its nest and hovers over its young, that spreads its wings to catch them and carries them aloft."

Tasty treats have been bought to encourage the chicks out, to leave the only place they have known but they remain reluctant to move. The parent knows the chick has been made for more, that soon they will soar and swoop but the chick only sees the scary drop! Gradually bits of nest get removed, the nest is 'stirred up'. Things are getting uncomfortable but the parents hover over them, ready to catch them if they tumble and lift them back up.

This imagery conveys God's teaching and nurturing. He does not leave us to fend for ourselves when he calls us into new things, He hovers over us, ready to catch us if we falter. This reassures us of His constant presence and guidance .
